This was a little memento given to birthday party guests. I would give the vendor a perfect score. Good value, excellent protective packaging, impeccable customizing, prompt delivery. Also very responsive when a bit of clarification was needed.The product quality is okay, but for gift and promotional will do the jobGreat people, great price, great product. Wish that I could get the two colored logo but even with only being able to choose one color it was great product.I bought these mugs for my employer because their colors are orange and white. Very sturdy mugs and they came in good shape except for 1 mug that had a crack on the lip of the cup. That's why I took off 1 star. But otherwise, I was pleased with this purchase overall.I gave these out to runners who came and donated to food bank on a thanksgiving. A couple of them the paint was uneven. Besides those the mugs were great.This product was used as a fundraiser for my church. I loved the colors of the mug and how they were the actual color shown. I REALLY loved the Customer Service of Discount Promos. They were courteous, professional and expedient in answering all of my questions. I will definitely shop with them again!I loved the price and the fast delivery but they need to improve their qualityThe mud is sturdy and heavy but the logo was in black and white with loss of a lot of detail.
